SAT Group is composed of two different companies, both specialized in the tourism sector, offering a complete range of services and support for incoming flows, especially to Sicily, as well as to Italy. With extensive knowledge of the territory and the variety and quality of the services offered, SAT Group is the ideal partner to support the programs of tour operators, meeting and event planners, as well as incentive houses looking at Sicily as a destination for their clients. Within the group the different departments, each with its specificities, coexist and interface synergistically to assist all types of customers visiting Sicily.

Manutenzione ordinaria e straordinaria: è garantita dall'officina interna del Gruppo SAT oltre che dal network di assistenza esterna. Ricambi originali, interventi alla meccanica, carrozzeria, impianto elettrico, motoristica, sostituzione gomme, aria condizionata. Tutto è svolto all'interno del complesso del Gruppo SAT con tagliando completo ogni 25.000 km.

Soccorso bus: 24 ore su 24, con officina mobile di pronto intervento. Pullman sostitutivi sempre disponibili, servizio garantito dalla ampiezza della flotta veicoli del Gruppo SAT e dalla capillarità degli accordi di network con corrispondenti di pari livello qualitativo presenti sul territorio nazionale.

Normative: grande attenzione alla turnazione del personale ed ai controlli medici preventivi, in ottemperanza alla normativa sulla circolazione stradale CEE 3280/85, con ore di guida e periodi di riposo rispettati anche quando la struttura è sottoposta a stress.

Velocità: tutti i pullman della flotta sono dotati di cronotachigrafo, con regolatore di velocità settato a 100 km/h massimo.

Polizza Assicurativa: tutti i mezzi sono coperti da polizza assicurativa RAS, con massimali che arrivano a 30.000.000 di euro.

Pulizia: dopo ogni viaggio, tutti i veicoli SAT vengono attentamente lavati e lucidati esternamente, disinfettati e sanificati all'interno, secondo le disposizioni anti Covid-19.


Routine and non-routine maintenance: Guaranteed by the internal repair shop of ‘SAT Group’. Provision of original spare parts, repair and replacement of faulty mechanics, bodywork, electrical requirements, engine and air conditioning parts, and the substitution of tires are carried out within the SAT Group workshop. Routine maintenance with complete servicing certificate every 25.000 km.

On-the-road Assistance: 24 hours a day, with a quick-response mobile repair shop. Courtesy coaches and buses always available. This service is guaranteed by the size of the vehicle fleet of SAT Group and by the widespread presence of same quality level partners throughout Italy. 

Standards: Active attention is dedicated to the shifts of our personnel, according to road circulation standards of the European Community (ref.: CEE 3280/85). The driving and rest schedules are respected at all times.

Speed: All coaches and buses of our fleet are equipped with chrono-tachograph, a speed regulator set to a maximum of 100 km/h. 

Insurance policy: All vehicles are covered by a "RAS" insurance policy, with a maximum of 30,000,000 euro.

Cleaning: After every journey, all the vehicles of SAT Group are attentively cleaned, polished and sanitized according to anti-covid 19 provisions.
